What are the system requirements to attend a Live Webinar ?

All you need is a regular telephone/mobile, computer/laptop/i-pad, and a good internet connection. You will be provided with the dial-in details to hear the audio and the webinar link to see the presenter’s screen. This will give you the real time experience.

Q.

How can I ask a question in/after the Webinar?

You are permitted/allowed to ask live questions (audio or chat) to the speaker during the session or post completion of the session. Moreover, participant can e-mail the question directly to the speaker.

What are the different training products available at AudioCompliance ?

Live Webinar: A live webinar is a meeting that takes place over the web. Participants can view presentation via their computers, and can listen the audio over the phone. Our webinars are usually of 60-120 minutes long. You can interact with the presenter during Question & Answer session over the Phone or through Chat. You will receive the instructions to attend the live webinar 24-48 hours prior to the Live Webinar. You can download your ‘Certificate of Participation’ along with the CE credit details by login into your account after the webinar.

Live Audio-conference: An interactive training session conducted over the Internet. It is typically 60-90 minutes in duration. During a Live Audio-conference a participant can hear the session over the phone (no screen-sharing). A participant is allowed to ask live questions to the speaker.

E-Transcript: A word for word PDF version of real time webinar content originally presented in the Webinar/Audio-conference. It also comprises the presentation used by the speaker in the Webinar.

On-Demand: An On-Demand webinar is the replay of a previously held webinar. You can choose any date of your choice while registering for an On-Demand webinar. You can watch the on-demand webinar anytime on your preferred date just by login into your account. This will be available for 24 hours. You can download your ‘Certificate of Participation’ along wi

DVD: A DVD of Webinar recording (video + audio) that a buyer can use as per their convenience for their personal use.

Digital Download: It is a link using which the registrant can download the digital copy of the previously recorded Webinar in MP4 format. Customer can play it multiple times as per their convenience for personal use only.

When and how will I receive information on how to participate in the program?

48 Hours prior to the Webinar following would be sent to your registered email address:

  • Dial-In instructions – To get the audio part of the Webinar. You are supposed to use your phone to get the audio.
  • Go-to-Webinar Link – To see the presenter’s screen. You are supposed to use the link in your computer system/tablet to see the presenter’s screen.
  • Download Link & Password for the webinar handouts & related material from the Webinar page at https://www.audiocompliance.com/
  • Make sure you start checking your spam/junk folder as well 48 hours prior to the webinar start time.

How late can I register for a Webinar?

You can register 30 minutes prior to the start time of the Webinar. You are requested to call our customer service representative over the phone / chat to receive Dial-In instructions.

What if I cannot attend the live webinar?

Our training programs are available in On-demand Replay, Video DVD, e-Transcript PDF, and a downloadable MP4 (Digital Download). You can order one of these recorded products as per your requirement and convenience.

Q.

What is the difference between a Webinar handout/presentation and a transcript? Do I need to pay extra to get webinar handouts/presentation?

Webinar handouts/presentation are created by the presenter/speaker to moderate the session. It comprises pointers used by the speaker to moderate the session. It helps the attendees to grasp the session effectively.

On contrary, transcript is a PDF version of written material originally presented in the Webinar/audio-conference. It comprises word-to-word information presented by the speaker. It also includes the questions and answers asked by the participants in written format.

You no need to pay extra for the webinar handouts if you have registered for the session in any form (Live, DVD, Transcript and Digital Download). However, you need to pay the actual product price to get the transcript.

How long will it take to receive my DVD?

DVD generally take 2-3 weeks to be delivered once the live program takes place. However, in case of DVD you may ask for the expedited delivery at additional charges of $60. In addition, you need to pay $60 more if you require to ship the DVD outside the United States.

How long will it take to receive my e-Transcript?

E-Transcript will be e-mailed to you in the PDF format in 1-2 weeks post Live Webinar.

Are there any discounts offered for training a group or multiple participants?

Yes!! Surely. You can avail a discount of up-to 60% for group registration. We always suggest to talk to our customer service at 888-533-5926 to get other additional benefits associated with the group training program.

Can I use the DVD/Transcript for training my employees?

DVD/Transcript is a copyrighted material which is only available for personal use by the customer. You need to buy institutional rights to use the training material at an organizational level. Contact customer service at 888-533-5926 to ask for the institutional rights for the desired training product.

Can I get a customized training session for my organization?

Yes, you can contact our customer support and explain your requirements to them. If you have a group of 30 people interested in scheduling a conference, we can always arrange the same for you. Please contact our customer service at 888-533-5926 to request on-site training.

How can I pay via invoice?

We do accept payments via check/invoice. Please e-mail our customer service at support@audiocompliance.com to get the order form and to know the complete process. Though, we suggest our customers to use credit cards/debit cards for swift registration and processing.

Unlimited subscriptions are available for any Live Webinars or On-Demand Webinars (not longer than 120 minutes). You can either choose Live or On-Demand while subscribing to this Unlimited Subscription.

Please Note: Only Live  or On-Demand product options can be a part of this. Virtual bootcamps are not the part of Unlimited Subscription.

I purchased the DVD/Digital Download/Transcript, will I get the Continuing Education Credits?

Sorry, the CEUs are only given to the Live/On-Demand participants.

Q.

How many attendees are eligible to attend/download/share the Digital-Download if we purchase Digital-Download (For a Group) ?

A group of 10-15 attendees would be eligible to attend/download/share the Digital-Download.
