A cookie is a small text file that is stored on your computer for record-keeping purposes which contains information about you. Cookies allow website operators to collect Non-Personally Identifiable Information from you, like which pages you visited and what links you clicked on. Most browsers automatically accept cookies, but you may be able to modify your browser settings to decline cookies.

  • Other Tracking Devices: We may use other industry-standard technologies like pixel tags and web beacons to track your use of the Site. Pixel tags and web beacons are tiny graphic images placed on certain pages on the website, or in our emails that allow us to determine whether you have performed a specific action. When you access these pages or open or click an email, pixel tags and web beacons generate a Non-Personally Identifiable notice of that action. Pixel tags allow website operators to measure and improve their understanding of visitor traffic and behavior, as well as give them a way to measure promotions and performance.

Anti-Spam policies

Introduction

In the context of electronic messaging, spam refers to unsolicited, bulk or indiscriminate messages, typically sent for a commercial purpose.

AudioCompliance (www.audiocompliance.com) has a zero-tolerance spam policy.

Spam Filtering

AudioCompliance's messaging system automatically scans all incoming email messages, and filter-out messages that appear to be spam.

Problems with spam filtering

No message filtering system is 100% accurate, and from time to time legitimate messages will be filtered-out by audiocompliance systems.

If you believe this has happened to a message you have sent, please advise the message recipient by another means.

You can reduce the risk of a message being caught by the spam filters by sending the message in plain text (i.e. no HTML), removing any attachments, and ensuring that your messages are scanned for malware before dispatch.

Receipt of unwanted messages from AudioCompliance

In the unlikely that you receive any message from AudioCompliance or sent using AudioCompliance systems that may be considered to be spam, please contact audiocompliance using the details below and the matter will be investigated.

Changes to this policy

AudioCompliance may change or amend this anti-spam policy at any time by publishing a new version on this website.
