At AudioCompliance (runs under the umbrella company, ZealEducation Incorporated), we are committed to protecting your privacy and to give you a secure online experience. You can travel through most of our site without giving us any information about yourself. But sometimes we do need information to provide certain content, services, and products that you request. This privacy statement explains data collection and use in those situations.By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Privacy Policy.

Changes to Privacy Policy

Release of Personally Identifiable Information

We will not willfully share your Personally Identifiable Information with other parties except as provided below:

  • We may share your information with Affiliated Businesses: We may provide some services or products jointly with other businesses. These are known as “Affiliated Businesses.” We may share your Personally Identifiable Information with an Affiliated Business so that we and the Affiliated Business can provide the requested services to you. For example, we may host a special event with the assistance of a sponsor. If you provide Personally Identifiable Information to register to attend such event, we will share your Personally Identifiable Information with the sponsor. Automatic Tracking of Non-Personally Identifiable Information

  • Cookies: To facilitate and customize your experience with the website, we may store cookies on your computer. Cookies allow website operators to collect Non-Personally Identifiable Information from you, like which pages you visited and what links you clicked on. Your personal information is never shared outside the company without your permission, except under conditions explained above. Inside the company, data is stored in password-controlled servers with limited access.

Miscellaneous Privacy Issues

  • Children: Minors under the age of thirteen may not use the Site. We do not collect or maintain information from anyone known to be under the age of thirteen, and no part of the website is designed to attract anyone under the age of thirteen.

  • Notice of Privacy Rights to California Residents: Under California law, users who are California residents are entitled to request and obtain from us once a year, free of charge, information about the Personally Identifiable Information (if any) that we disclosed to third parties for direct marketing purposes in the preceding calendar year. Anti-Spam policies

Introduction

In the context of electronic messaging, spam refers to unsolicited, bulk or indiscriminate messages, typically sent for a commercial purpose. 

AudioCompliance (www.audiocompliance.com) has a zero-tolerance spam policy.

Spam Filtering

AudioCompliance's messaging system automatically scans all incoming email messages, and filter-out messages that appear to be spam.

Problems with spam filtering

No message filtering system is 100% accurate, and from time to time legitimate messages will be filtered-out by audiocompliance systems. 

If you believe this has happened to a message you have sent, please advise the message recipient by another means.

You can reduce the risk of a message being caught by the spam filters by sending the message in plain text (i.e. no HTML), removing any attachments, and ensuring that your messages are scanned for malware before dispatch.

Receipt of unwanted messages from AudioCompliance

In the unlikely that you receive any message from AudioCompliance or sent using AudioCompliance systems that may be considered to be spam, please contact audiocompliance using the details below and the matter will be investigated.

Refund Policy

For Live

  • 30 days prior: Full refund after deducting the processing fee of $50

  • 14 days prior: Refund after deducting the processing fee of $100
  • 5 days prior: Credits towards another AudioCompliance event will be provided.  Credits will be valid up to 3 months from the date of issuance.

  • No cancellation will be accepted if not requested within the specified time frame.

  • Any product change can only be done at-least 5 working days before the schedule webinar date. Product change will be done by charging a processing fee of $60 in addition to the product difference amount.

  • A substitution can be requested anytime up to 30 working days prior to the webinar date.

  • Refunds will not be granted to the participants who do not show up for the webinar or have any technical problem during the webinar.

  • Refunds will not be granted to the participants who attended the training program; however faced issues with content or speaker.

  • Registrants need to call us urgently at 888-533-5926 or email at support@audiocompliance.com if they don’t receive the instructions 48 hours before the webinar. AudioCompliance can’t be held responsible if a participant doesn’t receive the instruction due to SPAM Filters or Email Firewall.

  • A Webinar may be rescheduled due to unavoidable factors. All participants will be notified 24 hours in advance in such cases. AudioCompliance will not refund the registration fee in such case. Registrants will be informed about the new scheduled date as early as possible. Registrants will also be provided with the REPLAY LINK in case they would not be available on the new scheduled date.

  • A Webinar may be cancelled due to unavoidable factors. All participants will be notified 24 hours in advance in such cases. AudioCompliance will refund the full registration fee in case a webinar gets cancelled. In case of a cancelled webinar, the participant can choose between the recorded version of the webinar, a credit of the full amount or for a refund.

  • A substitution can be requested anytime up to 30 working days prior to the webinar date.

 

For On-Demand Webinar

 

  • An on-demand order cannot be cancelled under any circumstances. No refund or credit is allowed under any circumstances.

  • If a participant doesn’t receive the instructions before the webinar, please call us urgently at 888-533-5926 or email at support@audiocompliance.com. AudioCompliance cannot be held responsible if a participant doesn’t receive the instruction due to SPAM Filters or Email Firewall.

  • Any product change can only be done at-least 5 working days before the schedule webinar date. Product change will be done by charging a processing fee of $60 in addition to the product difference amount.

  • A substitution can be requested anytime up to 30 working days prior to the webinar date.

For DVDs

  • An order for a DVD cannot be cancelled. No refund will be granted in any case.

  • DVD can be replaced and reshipped without any extra charge if a customer receives the damaged/defective product. Customer can also be provided with the Digital Download, which is as good as a DVD. Customer needs to send the damaged/defective DVD back to us in order to get a replacement.

  • Any product change can only be done at-least 5 working days before the schedule webinar date. Product change will be done by charging a processing fee of $60 in addition with the product difference amount.

  • A substitution can be requested anytime up to 30 working days prior to the webinar date.

For Transcript

  • An order for a Transcript cannot be cancelled. No refund will be granted in any case.

  • Any product change can only be done at-least 5 working days before the schedule webinar date. Product change will be done by charging a processing fee of $60 in addition with the product difference amount.

  • A substitution can be requested anytime up to 30 working days prior to the webinar date.

For Digital Download

  • An order for a Digital Download cannot be cancelled. No refund will be granted in any case.

  • Any product change can only be done at-least 5 working days before the schedule webinar date. Product change will be done by charging a processing fee of $60 in addition to the product difference amount.

  • A substitution can be requested anytime up to 30 working days prior to the webinar date.

 

What if I am not happy with the training?

We at AudioCompliance believe in 100% customer satisfaction. We recommend participant to read the entire training agenda on the event page before registering for the training. Hence, no refund can be granted.


Processing of Refunds

Refunds will be processed and mailed within 7 business days of the approval date and will be made using the same method of payment as the original (refund by check or refund to credit card).

Limitation of Liability

The Company liability is limited to the value of the portion of the service (as per the proposal of the Company) which stands incomplete at any given point of time. At any point of time, the Company cannot be held responsible for losses arising out of the services delivered / not delivered or the delay in the same.
